After the Kings lose three in a row, they look to rally back and attempt to secure a playoff position as they face off against the Anaheim Ducks. 17:56 in the 1^st period, Michal Handzus deflects a shot from the point, 1-0 Kings lead. After the 1^st intermission, Scott Parse gets a shot from the point and gives the Kings a 2-0 lead at 6:02. The Kings pull ahead by three when Dustin Brown sneaks one past Ducks goalie, Hiller. With seconds remaining in the 2^nd period Wayne Simmonds pushes the puck in, which was reviewed and ruled a goal, 4-0 Kings. The Ducks wake up during the 2^nd intermission but can’t handle the Kings speed and strength, leaving the Ducks flapping helplessly. The Kings hope for another good game against the Boston Bruins.
