Game 19, 2009 Los Angeles Kings Vs. Carolina Hurricanes

The Kings get prepared to start a winning streak as they tie their skates, and grab their sticks. 3:31 into the 1^st Ryan Smyth gets a nice open net chance, which he accepts and pushes in, giving the Kings an early 1-0 lead. After intermission the Kings get another early goal, a tip in by Jarret Stoll. The Kings lead 2-0. Carolina answers back with a wrist shot from the top of the circle, a 2-1 Kings lead. The Hurricanes come out in the 3^rd with a wrist shot past the Kings goalie, 2-2 tie. Randy Jones skips one past Hurricanes goalie, giving the Kings a 3-2 lead, not to be taken for granted. Wayne Simmons fights to shove the puck in the net, and succeeded in it, giving the Kings a 4-2 lead. Justin Williams seals the deal with an empty net goal, 5-2 Kings victory.
