Game 13, 2009 Los Angeles Kings vs. San Jose Sharks

Kings come out energized, feisty and ready to draw some blood against a great team, the San Jose Sharks. Kings fight their way through the 1^st but come up with nothing. The Kings come out hard in the first but come up empty handed. With 8 minutes into the second Alexander Frolov receives a pass behind the net, with a man on his butt he wraps the puck around and past the Sharks goalie. 6 minutes and 32 seconds later Patrick Marleau on a 3-2 takes a snapshot past Jonathan Quick, which tied the score as 1. The Kings and Sharks both worked hard and the tie led into overtime, then into a shootout.  With the Sharks looking for revenge against the Kings the Kings knew they weren’t going to get this game that easy. After all the tension between to two teams, the Sharks return home triumphantly tonight they know the next game will be a fierce game.
