The Warriors have acquired Jordan Crawford in a deal involving 3 teams. The deal involves Miami, Boston and the Warriors. Jordan Crawford the headlined player in this deal will now be backing up Stephen Curry down in the bay area. Miami receives Toney Douglas from the Warriors while Boston receives Joel Anthony from the Heat. This trade will help the Warriors. They were desperate for a solid bask court player to back up the their young studs Curry and Thompson and they think they got just the right player. Crawford like Curry and Thompson can stroke it from distance and will be interesting to see if Crawford plays next to Curry and Thompson at times. Golden State clearly won this trade by acquiring the back court help they needed.
