What CP3 injury means for Clippers

Chris Paul went down in the third quarter of Friday’s matinee vs. The Mavericks and never returned and wont be for 6 more weeks.  This is a crucial injury for a team trying to find themselves.  There is much of talk if this team is a contender or an average team.  We’ll in my mind, with Chris Paul they are a contender without not so much.  Chris Paul is one of the few players this year to average a double double.  CP3 averages just under 20 points while dishing out 11 assissts per contest which is tops in the NBA.  He also throws in just under 5 rebounds and a couple of steals a contest.  Jamal Crawford quoted after the team lost there star that Chris is one of the few guys besides Lebron that can carry a team.  He hit it right on the nose there.  Chris carries this Clippers team.  He makes or beaks this team and with his injury dont expect the clippers to have a winning record without CP3 running the show.
