The answer to the topic if of course, but is it likely, absolutely not. The Lakers if anything got worse from losing some players, not gaining. They were close and were threw off by david Stern of landing CP3, but they lost a key bench player in shannon brown as well. But lets face it, Lakers need a new star in L.A or else the Clippers will be the top team in L.A. The lakers are getting too old and the clippers are getting younger by the minute. Blake Griffin is a beast and will not go down this year without a fight. The clips also signed a great player in Caron Butler and it was exactly what they needed. Job well done by Clips staff. They needed another scorer that can give them 20. Caron is like a carmel Anthony to me, he’s obviously not as good but he has the same sort of game. He likes to face up and jab and has a strong body and will take it to the rim or shoot that mid range jump shot. Caron is a great player and i bet cat wait to be on the clippers side and watching blake dunk and cheering for his teammate instead of getting Dunked on by Griffin.
