The Cavs who came out of the gates rather slowly, turned it around quickly enough to put the Nets away before halftime. The Cavs found themselves down by double digits early on never panicked. The Cavaliers finished with 7 players scoring in double figures, including 17 points from Timofey Mozgov in just 16 minutes. After a tough loss in Miami monday night watching Dwayne Wade destroy their defense, the Cavaliers took exception and wouldn’t let another sub 500 team beat them. The nets got a solid contribution from Deron Williams who put in 20 however he was really the only starter that got anything going, and when facing a talented team such as the Cavaliers, Deron simply can’t pull a Russell Westbrook and will his team to victory like the old Deron Williams.
